Overview[]

Ores are materials found all around the map, usually in caves. It is used for crafting various armor and traded for chests. They can be harvested with a pickaxe by pressing E on them. They're also dropped from Mineskippers.

A grayish-blue or sandstone ore used in crafting Flint and certain armors. Found in any cave.

A grey-brownish ore used for crafting Bullets, Bombs, and certain armors. Found in most caves.

A glimmering, yellow ore used for crafting certain armors. Found in the Songseeker Wilds caves, the cave in Miner's Landing where you can obtain Oath: Oathless, and one of the many Viper's Jaw caves near the Bandit Camp at Lower Erisia. If eaten by a Ironsing user, they will get a slight DMG buff and yellow particle effect.

A glowing, blue ore used for crafting certain armors. Found in Upper Erisia near the open entrance of The Hidden Village, the inside of Tomb of the Nameless Warrior, and at The Entropy Catalyst. Erisore can also be dropped by Mechalodaunts at Miner's Landing. Can be consumed by Ironsing users, provides a blue particle effect but no buffs.

A vibrant green ore used for crafting certain armors. Found in The Garden Reservoir under the Burning Stone Gardens, and in Saramaed Summit within Miner's Landing. Additionally, it can also be found within The Depths, close to the entrance of The Chariot's Spire. It can be consumed by Ironsing users, providing them a green particle effect: Though currently, this does nothing else.

A pink ore that comes from meteor deposits. Found in Songseeker Caves, under Starswept Valley, or inside The City of the Drowned in certain locations (pink roofs near the gates behind the houses to the left or to the right depending on where you come from). The drop rate for Pure Astruline is around 15%.

A dark blue neon ore found in The Depths. Located in the Varicosa District in City of the Drowned, inside the cave where Nostor, the Shadowcast trainer, is seen. Two separate veins of Umbrite can also be seen near Castle Light, at a low edge next to the void. With the first vein being exactly near the surface, and the second a bit under. It can also be dropped from Immortal Guardians and Mineskipper.

Trivia[]

  • Rocks can be thrown at people.
    • This however puts you in combat tag.
  • Normal and Pure ores have the same appearance when held in hand.
  • Every Pure Ore can be given to the Blacksmith except for iron. (You can't get pure coal and pure rocks.) Additionally, Pure Ore can be converted into 3x of it's normal variant by attempting to craft with it.
  • All ores other than rocks can be sold, and most pure ores can be converted into 3x of their normal counterpart through crafting. They're also typically sold at 3x the normal amount.
  • Every ore can be eaten with Termite.
  • Mining ores mainly gives Strength EXP but is one of the harder ways to do so.
  • Mining ores also gives decent Intelligence EXP.
  • The old gold, coal, and iron models can be seen at The Floating Keep
  • If you have 99 of an ore, You will always get the pure ore version of it.
